It all starts with a plan.

There is no doubt that the answer plan is the most important part of the process. A clear and strong outline of the company’s offering is essential.

The aim

The aim of planning is to clarify the strategy for the company, agree the way forward, and shape and craft the answer around that. Answer planning helps us to identify any evidence, relevant experience, or knowledge that we need to harness form your team, and pinpoint anything that is missing with a rectification plan for success.

We can supply answer plans as a standalone service should you want to write your own bid answers using our plans. If we are writing the bid answers, we will always supply answer plans as part of the full service.

  1. Once we have been instructed and have received the ITT (bid) documents, we will prepare detailed answer plans and agree these with your team before any drafting starts.
  2. We can usually turn these around quickly, so they are available to your teams for review as early as possible.
